About
We’re Kevin and Julia Windheuser—husband and wife, business partners, and the driving force behind a $4M+ portfolio of multifamily and single-family properties across New England. Every property we own is fully self-funded—no partners, no syndications, just real equity, strategic execution, and a relentless work ethic.
From ground-up development and full-scale renovations to leasing and management, we’re deeply involved in every aspect of our business. We’ve built our portfolio by grinding through each phase: sourcing deals, navigating financing, executing construction, and self-managing our properties through strong systems, standard operating procedures, and a deep focus on efficiency and control—always with a long-term mindset.
Our experience isn’t built on theory or recycled social media advice. Kevin is a licensed contractor and former medical device engineer turned project manager—with multiple patents under his belt. Julia brings a powerhouse background in startups, investor relations, and operational leadership. Together, we combine technical precision with strategic vision.
We’ve figured out how to make deals work in today’s high-interest environment, reposition properties for premium rents, and scale sustainably—all while keeping control of our time and quality.
If you’ve seen us on Instagram (@the_windys_real_estate), you’ve seen the truth behind the numbers: real projects, real tenants, real results. No gimmicks—just a clear mission and the discipline to follow through.
We’re building a legacy—and we’re always looking to connect with others doing the same.
Let’s build something real.

Keynote Speaker
Redefining Real Estate Through People, Not Just Property
Helping investors and corporate professionals build real freedom through smarter operations, stronger communication, and strategic ownership.
Julia Windheuser is a real estate investor, operator, and thought leader managing a portfolio of residential properties across Rhode Island. With a background in SaaS, sales, and product strategy, she brings a systems-driven, people-first approach to real estate.
While most investors focus on deals and numbers, Julia focuses on what actually determines long-term success: how you operate, communicate, and manage people.
Her perspective challenges traditional real estate narratives by positioning landlording as a relationship business—not just a financial one.
She has been featured on platforms such as BiggerPockets, Wealth Juice, and Investor Fuel, and speaks on the intersection of real estate, communication, and personal freedom.
